Everything you need to know about our online interior design service in Switzerland.

What's the difference between Essential, Premium and Signature?

Essential (CHF 199) covers 1 room with a moodboard, 2D layout and shopping list of up to 15 items. Premium (CHF 399) covers up to 3 rooms, includes a 30-minute video consultation and up to 40 items. Signature (CHF 799) covers up to 5 rooms with a 60-minute consultation, unlimited shopping list and 30 days of email support. Compare all packages here.

Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?

Yes. If you start with a smaller package and decide you'd like more rooms, we'll deduct what you've already paid from the cost of the bigger package.

Are kitchen and bathroom included?

No — our packages focus on furnishing and styling living spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and home offices. Kitchen and bathroom renovation or design is not included. If you'd like help styling a kitchen or bathroom with accessories and decor, feel free to reach out and we'll see what we can do.

I just moved to Switzerland and have an empty apartment. Can you help?

Absolutely — this is exactly what we're here for. Whether you're starting from scratch or just need a fresh direction, we'll create a complete design plan tailored to your space, style and budget. Many of our clients are expats furnishing their first home in Switzerland.

How long does it take to receive my design?

Essential is delivered within 5–7 business days, Premium within 7–10 business days, and Signature within 14 business days. The timeline starts once you submit your completed design brief form.

Do you only work with clients in Switzerland?

Our shopping lists are curated with Swiss-delivery stores in mind, so the service is designed primarily for people living in Switzerland. If you're based nearby and happy to arrange your own sourcing, feel free to get in touch.

What languages are available?

We offer our service in English and German. Please indicate your preferred language when filling in your design brief.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Every package includes at least 1 round of revisions so we can fine-tune the design until it feels right. Premium and Signature include 2 rounds. We also offer a money-back guarantee.
