Frequently asked questions
How does the online design process work?

It's simple — choose a package, fill out a short questionnaire about your space and style, and upload photos and measurements. Our designer creates your personalised design plan and delivers it digitally within 5–14 days, depending on your package. No in-person meetings needed.
What do I need to provide to get started?

You'll need photos of your room(s), a floor plan with dimensions (walls, ceiling height, windows, doors), and any style preferences or inspiration images. If you'd like to keep existing furniture, include photos and dimensions of those pieces too.
Do I also select matching decorations?

Yes, the decoration is an essential part of the design concept. We even recommend complementary flower bouquets to complete the look.
I just moved to Switzerland and have an empty apartment. Can you help?

Absolutely — that's exactly what we're here for. Many of our clients are expats starting from scratch. We'll design your space and give you a complete shopping list with links to stores that deliver in Switzerland, so you don't have to spend weekends figuring out where to buy furniture.
What's included in the shopping list?

Every package includes a curated list of furniture, decor, and accessories selected specifically for your space and budget. Each item comes with a link so you can purchase it directly. We even recommend complementary details like plants and flowers to complete the look.
Can I request changes to my design?

Yes! Every package includes revision rounds — 1 for Essential, 2 for Premium, and 2 for Signature. The Signature package also includes 30 days of email support, so you can ask questions as you bring the design to life.
